Rome, Apr 2 (LaPresse) – Francis Kaufmann, also known as Rexal Ford, the man accused of the double femicide at Villa Pamphili, “is currently unable to face trial.” This is the conclusion of the psychiatric evaluation ordered by the Rome Court of Assizes at the request of lawyer Paolo Foti. The experts indicated a temporary incapacity to participate in the proceedings, suggesting a re-evaluation in 30 days after continuous pharmacological treatment. The results will be presented at the hearing on April 13. The defendant, an American citizen, is charged with aggravated murder and concealment of a corpse in connection with the deaths of his partner Anastasia Tofimova and their daughter Andromeda.
