Milan, May 7 (LaPresse) – The Pavia Prosecutor's Office has served a notice of preliminary investigations against Andrea Sempio, with "filing all the documents" of the investigation into the Garlasco crime and the murder of Chiara Poggi. This was announced by the Chief Prosecutor of Pavia, Fabio Napoleone, in a statement. In the statement, Napoleone added that he will "attempt" to forward to Milan's Attorney General, Francesca Nanni, "the contested document" against the 38-year-old during questioning on May 6, 2026, which is "illustrative and summary" of the new evidence gathered with the reopening of "investigations" into the case, starting in 2016-2017, to consider a request for a review of Alberto Stasi's conviction.
