Milan, 25 May (LaPresse) – In addition to the five expert reports, Andrea Sempio’s defence team is about to file a “submission with annexes” with the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Pavia, which will serve to “contextualise” the audio recordings and “soliloquies of Andrea Sempio” intercepted in his car and make them “understandable”. ‘They contained nothing new,’ say the 38-year-old’s defence lawyers, Liborio Cataliotti and Angela Taccia, ‘compared to the comments made by users of the podcasts and broadcasts’ and ‘are therefore in no way a confession’.
