Rome, April 5 (LaPresse) – The security decree "will likely lead to several interpretative and implementation issues," said the president of the National Magistrates Association (ANM), Cesare Parodi, on the sidelines of the meeting of the association's Central Executive Committee. "There are certainly some positive aspects, such as greater attention to scams targeting the elderly, which is a very sensitive issue," Parodi added. "As for the topic of squatting and the criminalization of riots or dissent within prisons and other places, it is undoubtedly a subject that will spark debate. It raises many issues that go beyond legal norms and touch on social matters that must be addressed seriously."
