Rome, 14 May (LaPresse) – FdI MP Emanuele Pozzolo has been expelled from his party's group in the Chamber of Deputies. According to LaPresse, this was decided by the group's executive committee in Montecitorio, which met today. On the night of 31 December 2023, during a New Year's Eve party in Rosazza (in the province of Biella), a shot was fired from a revolver owned by Pozzolo, injuring Luca Campana, son-in-law of the head of security for Undersecretary of Justice Andrea Delmastro, in the leg. The MP is on trial for illegal possession of a firearm in connection with the incident.
