Milan, 30 May (LaPresse) – ‘This is a historic moment in our relations’ with "the first summit between Italy and five Central Asian nations. I am very passionate about this event. I am certain that this will be a decisive moment for intensifying our relations, making them more solid, lasting and strategic. This is not a path that begins today, but something we have been pursuing for some time. Italy was the first country in the European Union to decide to invest in relations with Central Asia and with individual member states, launching a permanent format for sharing ideas." This was stated by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, speaking at the Astana International Forum.
