Rome, June 3 (LaPresse) – "Absolutely calm." This is the response from the headquarters in Campo Marzio when asked about the leadership’s reaction following reports of Beppe Grillo’s upcoming legal action. "If and when this new legal initiative takes place, we will review the documents and our lawyers will respond firmly," the Five Star Movement (M5S) cuts short. The reasoning is that the prerogatives claimed based on the symbol are considered “unfounded.” Campo Marzio also explains that since the new leadership began, there have been no judicial defeats, and in pending cases, those who brought them have lost and were forced to pay legal costs and damages. This, they say, demonstrates the “strength” of the legal positions of Giuseppe Conte and the M5S.
