Rome, 5 June (LaPresse) – ‘Only the affirmation of the authority of international law and the consequent role of international organisations can enable the positive resolution of disputes between states, the prevention of conflicts and the deterrence of those who threaten peaceful coexistence’. These were the words of the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, in a message sent to the president of the Italian Society of International Law and European Union Law (Sidi), Edoardo Greppi.
