Milan, 20 July (LaPresse) – "It was a constructive meeting. As a delegation, we reiterated the Democratic Party's support for the mayor. We expressed our priorities, confirming to the mayor the need for signs of change to respond to the city's new needs. This could be an opportunity to start afresh, investing in close dialogue with the city on the part of the entire centre-left, giving priority to the most pressing challenges facing Milan: the right to housing, urban development, accessibility, equity and public spaces." These were the words of the Milan PD secretary, Alessandro Capelli, after the meeting with Mayor Beppe Sala.
