Rome, August 25 (LaPresse) – "This afternoon, the regional leaders of the center-right held a meeting, a decisive encounter that officially set the course for the upcoming regional elections. The coalition—composed of Brothers of Italy, League, Forza Italia, and Us Moderates—unanimously and confidently selected Alessandro Tomasi as their candidate for the presidency of the Tuscany Region," reads a statement from the center-right.
"The meeting," the note continues, "which marked the conclusion of a productive process that had been underway for some time, was attended by FDI's regional deputy coordinator and MP Francesco Michelotti, Undersecretary Patrizio La Pietra, League coordinator Luca Baroncini, MEP Roberto Vannacci, Forza Italia's regional coordinator Marco Stella, and Us Moderates MP Alessandro Colucci along with his deputy Luca Briziarelli."
