The man, who was pulled out after 11 hours by the fire brigade, died in hospital. A tragic event that kept the whole of Italy in suspense.‘ This was written on X by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani. ’I express my sincere condolences to the victim's family. Enormous gratitude to all the rescuers who intervened immediately and saved three other workers," he added.
