These were the words of the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, when he met the winners of the competition for Legation Secretaries – Corso Boris Biancheri Chiappori at the Quirinale. “A path that has been, with many contradictions, many gaps, many, many flaws, but a path that has advanced the international community in terms of civilisation and shared rules. It is a heritage to be protected, a path to be defended,” he added.
