Rome, March 21 (LaPresse) – Only family, friends and invited guests will be allowed to attend the funeral service for Umberto Bossi, scheduled for tomorrow at 12 p.m. at the San Giacomo monastery in Pontida. Limited seating and security requirements, it is explained, will not allow media access; a dedicated area will be reserved for them outside the church, with audio and video coverage. The ceremony, the League said, will be broadcast live on the party’s social media channels. According to reports, party leader Matteo Salvini will return to Rome after the funeral to vote in the evening in the justice referendum.
