Rome, January 30 (LaPresse) – It was Zrinka Ljutic's third World Cup victory of the season in the women's slalom in Courchevel, the seventh round of the season between the narrow poles of the World Cup. The Croatian finished the two runs with a time of 1'45‘ 06, with which she beat Sweden's Sara Hector by 1’26, with third place going to Germany's Lena Duerr at 1"28 in a ranking that saw the podium change in the second run by two thirds. Fourth was Austria's Katharina Liensberger, and fifth was Switzerland's Camille Rast, the leader in this speciality. Tenth place went to Mikaela Shiffrin, back competing after more than sixty days off following a fall in the Killington giant slalom. Two Italians finished in the points: Martina Peterlini finished 15th at 2‘ 58, her best ranking of the year, while Lara Della Mea gained five places in the second half to finish 22nd at 3’ 20.
