Rome, Mar. 12 (LaPresse) – Andrea Vendrame (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale Team) won at the sprint the third stage of Tirreni-Adriatico, the Follonica-Colfiorito (Foligno), with its 239 km, the longest stage of this edition of La Corsa dei Due Mari with a total difference in altitude of 3,300 metres. Second place for the British Tom Pidcock (Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team), third the French Romane Gregoire (Groupama – FDJ) This was the third consecutive Italian success after the successes of Filippo Ganna and Jonathan Milan, protagonist in today's stage of a fall without consequences that also involved Simone Consonni. Ganna, who was caught in the final today, remains leader of the general classification.
