Milan, 23rd Apr (LaPresse) – With a goal in each half, Torino crushed Udinese 2-0 and overtook the Friulian side in the standings to consolidate their tenth place. Fifth consecutive defeat for the Friulian team, who seem to have already pulled the plug after having reached salvation with ample advance. Goals from Adams in the first half and Dembelé in the second were the deciding factors. In the 39th minute the Scottish striker settled a scrum in the box with a winning tap-in after Ricci's shot had been blocked by Okoye and a subsequent attempt by Linetty. The visitors tried to react in the second half, even going close to equalising twice through Lovric and Atta. In the final, however, it was Toro who doubled the score through Dembélé, who exploited a serious defensive error by Solet.
