F1: Miami GP, Antonelli takes pole for the Sprint, Piastri 2nd, Norris 3rd

Milan, May 2 (LaPresse) – Kimi Antonelli claimed his first F1 pole position in the Sprint Race at the Miami Grand Prix. The 18-year-old Mercedes driver outpaced the McLarens of Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris, with Max Verstappen in fourth. George Russell set the fifth-fastest time, followed by the two Ferraris of Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, in sixth and seventh respectively. The Sprint Race is scheduled for 6 p.m. Italian time this evening.
