Turin, 4 May (LaPresse) – Edoardo Bove, a Fiorentina midfielder on loan from Roma, was at the Stadio Olimpico to watch Roma v Fiorentina, the 35th Serie A match. The Curva Sud, the heart of the Giallorossi fans, paid tribute to him with a special banner (‘Forza Edo…continue to dream’) displayed during the warm-up of the match. The 2002-born player fell ill on the pitch on 1 December during the league match against Inter and underwent surgery to implant a subcutaneous cardiac defibrillator.
