Turin, 22 May (LaPresse) – Matteo Berrettini will miss Roland Garros 2025. The 29-year-old Roman, currently ranked No. 28, was in tears after retiring against Casper Ruud at the Italian Open ten days ago and is therefore once again forced to withdraw from the Paris Slam, which he last played in 2021. On that occasion, he reached the second week for the first time, only to be stopped by Novak Djokovic in the quarter-finals, with more than a few regrets. In his previous appearances, Matteo was defeated twice in the third round (2018 and 2020) and once in the second round (2019).
