Turin, 25 May (LaPresse) – Lando Norris won the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix ahead of Charles Leclerc, who threatened the Briton right up to the end. Norris did well to keep his cool in the final laps of a very tight race and take home a victory that puts him three points behind World Championship leader Oscar Piastri, who finished third in the other McLaren. Max Verstappen, who led the race for a long time, stopped on the penultimate lap for his second pit stop (mandatory under the rules introduced this year) and finished fourth. Fifth place went to the other Ferrari driven by Lewis Hamilton. McLaren returns to victory in the Principality Grand Prix 18 years after Lewis Hamilton's triumph in 2008.
