Turin, 26 May (LaPresse) – My legal case ‘is not over, we have to wait for the written reasons, which will arrive in mid-June, after which there will be an appeal to the federal court in Switzerland to find out if the matter is closed. For me, the whole thing should never have started, it has not been a very pleasant experience’. Michel Platini said this at a press conference during the 20th edition of the Golf Cup, a charity tournament organised by the Vialli and Mauro Foundation at the Royal Park I Roveri in Fiano Torino. The former Juventus player was acquitted on 25 March, along with Sepp Blatter, of fraud charges in the “Fifa-Gate” scandal.
