Turin, 1 June (LaPresse) – Carlos Alcaraz reaches the quarter-finals of Roland Garros, the second Grand Slam of the season on the clay courts of Paris. The Spanish tennis player, ranked number 2 in the world, defeated American Ben Shelton in four sets in the round of 16, who lost in three hours and 22 minutes with a score of 6-7 (8), 3-6, 6-4, 4-6. The Murcian's next opponent will be another American tennis player, Tommy Paul.
