Milan, June 2 (LaPresse) – Second seed Coco Gauff has advanced to the quarterfinals at Roland-Garros, following a 6–0, 7–5 win over world number 20 Ekaterina Alexandrova on Court Philippe-Chatrier. The 21-year-old American, who was a finalist at the French Open in 2022, is aiming to add another Grand Slam title to her name after winning the 2023 US Open. Gauff will face the winner of the all-American clash between Madison Keys and Hailey Baptiste, scheduled for today on Court Suzanne-Lenglen.
