Milan, June 10 (LaPresse) – On the courts of the Autotron Rosmalen in Den Bosch, Netherlands, Mattia Bellucci's run in the Libema Open (ATP 250 – prize money €706,850) ended in the first round. With a score of 6-1, 6-7(3), 6-3, the world No. 72 was defeated by qualifier Mackenzie McDonald (No. 99). The Lombardy native, down 6-1, 4-2 (with a three-hour rain delay), had brought the match to a decisive set with great determination. However, a lapse in the fifth game proved fatal, with the American holding on to his break until the end.
