Milan, June 10 (LaPresse) – Fabio Fognini also suffered defeat in the ‘Boss Open’ in Stuttgart (ATP 250 – €734,915 prize money), which is being played on German grass courts and is one of two tournaments marking the start of the grass court season on the major tour. The veteran Ligurian tennis player, who was awarded a wild card and won the title here in 2013 before reaching the semifinals in 2014, lost in three sets to France's Corentin Moutet, in his 16th career match on grass, with a score of 6-4, 6-7(3), 6-3.
