Milan, June 20 (LaPresse) – NBA star Kevin Durant is investing in football—and he’s doing it with the reigning European champions. Qatar Sports Investments, majority shareholder of Paris Saint-Germain, has announced the signing of a strategic investment and partnership agreement with one of the most decorated American basketball players of all time, who is also a leading investor in the sports and entertainment sector.
The deal provides that the NBA star (currently playing for the Phoenix Suns) — through his media and investment company Boardroom, together with his longtime business partner Rich Kleiman — will acquire a direct minority equity stake in the Parisian club.
