Rome, 21 June (LaPresse) – ‘We've been battling for nine months, we're always trying to find the right energy to face a well-organised and clean team. They have South Americans and Europeans, it will be a difficult match like all the others.’ These were the words of Cristian Chivu, Inter coach, at a press conference ahead of the match against Urawa Red Diamonds, valid for the Club World Cup. Chivu explained that against Monterrey, ‘we played a serious game, trying to do our best. We played our best game so far, adding reaction and pride. Maybe we were a little too fancy in our play, we could have done better. These are things we've talked about and worked on, so I expect improvements in this regard and I'd like to see some cynicism.’
