Rome, 16 July (LaPresse) – Gregorio Paltrinieri is unstoppable, winning the silver medal in the 10 km long-distance event at the World Swimming Championships in Singapore. The Olympic 1500m champion finished just behind Germany's Florian Wellbrock with a time of 1:59:59.20, 03.70 behind. Australia's Kyle Lee came third (+14.80). Another great performance for fellow Italian Andrea Filadelli, who finished sixth (+48.20).
