Milan, July 31 (LaPresse) – Ferrari has announced the extension of its agreement with Fred Vasseur, who will continue in his role as Team Principal of Scuderia Ferrari HP for the upcoming Formula 1 seasons under a multi-year contract.
The renewal, Ferrari stated, “reflects our determination to build upon the foundations laid so far.” Vasseur’s ability “to lead under pressure, to embrace innovation, and to pursue performance is fully aligned with Ferrari’s values and long-term ambitions,” the statement continues.
“Today we want to acknowledge what has been built and commit to what is yet to be achieved. This reflects our confidence in Fred’s leadership, a trust rooted in shared ambitions, mutual expectations, and clear responsibilities. We move forward with determination and focus, united in our pursuit of the performance level Ferrari must strive for,” said Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna.
“I am grateful to Ferrari for the continued trust placed in me. This renewal is not only a confirmation, but also a challenge to keep progressing, stay focused, and give our best. Over the past 30 months we have laid solid foundations, and now we must build on them with consistency and determination. We know what is expected of us, and we are all fully committed to meeting those expectations and taking the next step forward together,” said Vasseur.
