Turin, 5 August (LaPresse) – Mourning in Portuguese football. Porto's sporting director Jorge Costa has died at the age of 53 due to serious heart complications. The news was reported by the online edition of “A Bola”. The man had been taken ill around lunchtime and was immediately assisted by the “Dragoes” medical team, who used a defibrillator. He was rushed to the intensive care unit at Sao Joao Hospital in Porto, where he died in the early afternoon.
