Milan, August 26 (LaPresse) – Mattia Bellucci advances to the second round of the US Open, currently underway in New York, after defeating China's Shang. Bellucci won the first set 7-6, lost the second 6-1, and won the third 6-3. Shang then retired during the fourth set, where he was trailing 3-0. Bellucci will now face Carlos Alcaraz in the next round.
