Rome, Aug. 28 (LaPresse) – The first surprise of the EuroBasket tournament has arrived. In Group C, the same group as Gianmarco Pozzecco’s Italy, Georgia defeated reigning champions Spain 83-69 in Limassol. In Group D, Israel secured a victory over Iceland, winning 83-71.
