The Sardinians took the lead with a penalty from Gaetano in the 2nd minute, with Lazio equalising in the 36th minute with Vergani. In the second half, Pisacane's team ran riot with goals from Borrelli (67'), Felici (80') and Cavuoti (85'). Cagliari will face Napoli in the round of 16 with the first and second legs scheduled for 3 and 17 December.
