Milan, September 28 (LaPresse) – Lecce and Bologna drew 2-2 in the late match of the 5th round of Serie A. This result allows Bologna to move up to 7 points in the standings, while Lecce reaches 2 points, avoiding another loss that could have put coach Di Francesco's position at risk. It was a balanced and thrilling match, with Bologna's coach Italiano making several changes to his lineup due to their mid-week Europa League commitment.

The home side started stronger and took the lead in the 13th minute with Coulibaly, who scored following a save by Skorupski from Pierotti. Bologna equalized with a penalty from Orsolini after Kouassi fouled Dallinga. This goal took Orsolini's tally to 68 goals for Bologna, surpassing club legend Beppe Signori, who had 67.

In the final stages, Bologna’s superior substitutes made the difference, and in the 71st minute, Odgaard, a recent substitute, scored the potential winning goal with a deflected shot past Falcone. However, in the 94th minute, Lecce equalized with a header by 17-year-old Camarda from a corner, marking his first Serie A goal in the final moments of the match.
