Rome, Sept. 29 (LaPresse) – Parma defeated Torino 2-1 at the Tardini Stadium in a match valid for the fifth round of Serie A. The Gialloblù took the lead in the 36th minute with a penalty converted by Pellegrino, awarded for a handball by Ismajli and confirmed after VAR review by referee Collu. Torino equalized early in the second half, with Ngonge scoring from distance in the 50th minute. Pellegrino then sealed his brace in the 72nd minute with a header into the bottom right corner. It marks Parma's first league win of the season, bringing them to 5 points, while Torino remains at 4 after their second consecutive loss.
