Rome, 6 January (LaPresse) – Chelsea have announced the appointment of Liam Rosenior as the new first-team manager. The English coach has signed a contract with the club that will keep him there until 2032. Rosenior arrives at Stamford Bridge after coaching abroad with RC Strasbourg, where he led the French club to European qualification for the first time in 19 years in his first season, and after previous roles in England with Hull City and Derby County. ‘I am extremely honoured and privileged to have been appointed manager of Chelsea Football Club. This is a club with a unique spirit and a glorious history of trophy wins,’ said the new manager on his move to the Premier League.
