Turin, 30 January (LaPresse) – The Philadelphia Coach Of The Month award for January has been presented to Inter Milan coach Cristian Chivu. The award was presented by a jury composed of editors of sports newspapers who evaluated individual coaches based on technical and sporting criteria and the quality of play demonstrated by their teams, as well as their behaviour and fair play during matches. The final calculation took into account match days 18 to 22 of the 2025/2026 Enilive Serie A season. ‘Fifteen goals scored in six games played in January, with eight different scorers, perfectly capture Inter's excellent form,’ said Serie A CEO Luigi De Siervo. "Chivu's team plays with enthusiasm, offering modern, intense and dynamic football, in which individual qualities are always put at the service of the collective. The Nerazzurri coach, who was already named best coach in December, is leading the team with clarity and determination, demonstrating great tactical acumen and making the most of all the players in the squad: essential qualities for tackling a season that is still long and full of challenges."
