Turin, 11 February (LaPresse) – Four NBA matches took place last night. The Indiana Pacers won away, returning to winning ways after four defeats, beating the New York Knicks 134-137 after overtime. The Pacers, bottom of the Eastern Conference, managed their lead until the end. Brunson's 40 points were not enough for the Knicks. The Los Angeles Clippers were defeated away by the Houston Rockets, 102-95, who, after a good start, only managed to make the decisive push in the final minutes with Durant scoring 26 points. The Phoenix Suns also won at home, beating the Dallas Mavericks 120-111. It was their eighth consecutive defeat, with Marshall's 31 points not enough. The San Antonio Spurs won 108-136 at the Lakers in Los Angeles, securing their fifth victory. With 40 points, including 37 in the first half alone, France's Wembanyama became the player who scored the most points for the Spurs in a half in the 21st century.
