Milan, 7 April (LaPresse) – ‘It doesn’t matter who the favourites are, because in this kind of match it’s impossible to have a favourite. I don’t think we are.’ So said Luis Enrique, manager of Paris Saint-Germain, speaking at a press conference on the eve of the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals against Liverpool. "Last year everyone said Liverpool would be the favourites and we went through. Last season’s first leg was of the highest standard. I’d sign up for a repeat of that match, but not for the same result,” added the Spanish manager, recalling last year’s two-legged tie. Speaking about his team’s strength, Luis Enrique said that the entire squad will be crucial: “A team that wants to win every trophy needs players like Gonçalo Ramos or Kang-In Lee to help the team at all times. They are very hard to find. They are essential if we are to win what we want.” Finally, Luis Enrique said: ‘We hope to have more possession than Liverpool, but we know how difficult that is, because they are an excellent team with an excellent manager. We are used to playing against English teams, so in that sense it won’t be any different from last year.’
