Champions League: PSG triumph in final, Arsenal lose on penalties

Turin, 30 May (LaPresse) – Paris Saint-Germain have won the Champions League for the second year running, beating Arsenal on penalties in the final in Budapest. The match had ended 1-1 after extra time. The Gunners took the lead early on, in the 5th minute, with a thunderbolt from Havertz at the near post. The French side equalised in the 20th minute of the second half from a penalty converted by Dembélé following a foul by Mosquera on Kvaratskhelia. In the penalty shoot-out, a decisive miss by Brazilian defender Gabriel handed the trophy to the French side.
