Milan, 15 June (LaPresse) – The Iranian national football team has arrived in the United States for the World Cup, landing in Los Angeles just as an agreement to end hostilities between Iran and the United States was announced. The BBC reports that they will make their debut in the early hours of Tuesday morning against New Zealand. Iran had problems with entry visas to the US and was forced to move its base camp for the World Cup to Mexico.
