Vienna (Austria), Jan 4 (LaPresse/AP) – Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer said he will resign in the coming days after talks to form a new government failed for the second time. The announcement came after his Ovp Populars and Spo Social Democrats continued talks the day after the Neos Liberals suddenly withdrew from the discussions. ‘We have tried everything up to this point. An agreement on the key points is not possible, so it makes no sense for a positive future for Austria,' said Nehammer, quoted by Austrian broadcaster Orf.
