Milan, Feb. 1 (LaPresse) – In response to the tariffs against Canada announced by U.S. President Donald Trump, Canadian Prime Minister candidate Mark Carney told BBC Newsnight that "President Trump probably thinks Canada will back down."
"But we are determined to stand up to the bully and will not retreat," he assured. "We are united and will respond."
