Rome, Feb. 15 (LaPresse) – Ukraine has not signed any partnership agreement with the United States regarding rare earth minerals. The document is not yet ready to safeguard the country's interests, reports RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a discussion with journalists at the Munich Security Conference. "The agreement was signed at the ministerial level. But I am the president, and I will have an influence on the quality of this document. That is why I did not allow the ministers to sign the agreement, because in my opinion, it is not ready. It is not yet prepared to protect our interests," he stated. According to Zelensky, it is necessary to "consider how to distribute the profits and whether everything is related to security guarantees," adding, "I do not yet see this connection in the document." He stressed that this connection "should be clear."
