Brussels, 20 February (LaPresse) – ‘Monday 24 February marks the third anniversary of the large-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. I decided to be in Kiev for that occasion, with the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, to reaffirm our support for the heroic Ukrainian people and democratically elected President Volodymyr Zelensky’.
