Milan, 20 February (LaPresse) – ‘Trump's team wants to get rid of Volodymyr Zelensky’. This is the title of an article published today by the British newspaper The Economist, in which the paper quotes Kiev elite sources according to which the US president would now like to get rid of Zelensky. The Economist reports that internal polls have revealed that Zelensky, although still Ukraine's most popular politician, would lose in a future election against Valery Zaluzhny, the former army chief whom the Ukrainian president himself torpedoed last year by replacing him with Oleksandr Syrskyi, at 30% to 65%.
