Seoul (South Korea), Feb 21 (LaPresse) – South Korea has asked the Trump administration to exclude Seoul from US plans to impose aggressive tariffs on trading partners, pointing out that the South Korean country is already applying low tariffs on US products under the free trade agreement between the two nations. The South Korean government said that Deputy Commerce Minister Park Jong-won made the request during a trip to Washington this week organised to meet with unspecified officials from the White House, the Commerce Department and the Office of the US Trade Representative.
