Milan, 22 Feb. (LaPresse) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will visit Tehran in the next few days. This was reported by the spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Esmail Baghaei, as quoted by the Russian media. ‘This week, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will arrive in Tehran. The Russian Foreign Minister's visit is aimed at continuing consultations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation on bilateral relations and events in the world and the region,’ the statement said. Lavrov is expected to meet with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi and other officials from the Islamic Republic.
