Turin, 25 Feb (LaPresse) – ‘China has always maintained an objective and fair stance on the Ukrainian issue, pledging to promote a political solution to the crisis’. This was stated by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian, commenting on Canada's decision to impose sanctions against Beijing entities accused of supporting Moscow. China, Lin added, has never supplied lethal weapons to any of the parties involved in the conflict and strictly controls the export of dual-use goods. ‘Our drone export control measures are among the strictest in the world,’ the spokesman said.
