Kyiv, March 11 (LaPresse) – The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has claimed responsibility for last night's attack in the Moscow region. "The Unmanned Systems Forces, the Security Service of Ukraine, and Military Intelligence, in collaboration with other units, struck strategic Russian targets that support the aggression against Ukraine," reads the statement cited by RBC Ukraine. "The attacks targeted key production facilities and infrastructure."
In particular, the statement notes, "a strike was carried out against the production facility of the Moscow oil refinery, which has the capacity to process 11 million tons of oil per year and meets 40-50% of Moscow's diesel and gasoline needs."
